At Fisher & Company, our return and exchange policy is simple: If you aren't happy, we aren't happy. Thus, we have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 7 days for a complete refund to the same credit card it was purchased on, less the shipping costs, or for a store credit or exchange. After 7 days, and up to 14 days, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns after 14 days from receipt of purchase. Shipping charges will apply to exchanges. NO receipt will result in no refund or exchange. Refunds/Exchanges are not processed on Boxing Day.

All intimate apparel, cosmetics, skincare products, fabric wash products and health products are FINAL SALE.

Just follow these easy steps for returning or exchanging your merchandise:

Contact our store 519-672-0073 between business hours : Monday to Friday from 10 am - 6 pm EST. When you speak to our customer service representative, they will issue you a return authorization number (RA Number) that is to be placed on the outside of your shipping packaging. Items must be received back at our location within 10 days of receiving your RA number. Repack the merchandise in its original packaging, if possible, with all tags in place. Please include a copy of the invoice sent to you at the time of purchase with a brief note explaining the return/exchange and ship the item(s) to the following address:

Please note:
• We will not accept returns without the return number on the outside of the box. Any items returned in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.
• Sale items are FINAL. We cannot accept returns on merchandise that was purchased on sale.

You are able to cancel any item from your order, provided we have not packaged it for shipping. Please call us promptly with any order cancellations you may have.

If you cancel an order after we have already packaged it, but before it has been shipped, you will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of the value of the item(s) that have been cancelled.

If your order has already been shipped, but you wish to cancel it, you may return the item(s) to us once you have received it/them, however, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us, plus applicable re-stocking fees. See our Returns/Exchange policy above.

There are no cancellations on custom orders.
